Well here we are at the little playground at the end of our street (which is only 2 blocks long). We've been going out for walks whenever the weather and our schedules permit. One night we went out for a quick walk around the block, bypassing the playground. Of course, even a "quick" walk involves waiting for Kaleb to do his happy dance any time a car drives by. Well, when we turned the corner at the end of the street, there was a fire truck parked and idling in front of one of the houses. I thought Kaleb would be interested in it, but he didn't seem to be when we walked by it. So we continued around the next corner. We got about halfway down the block when the fire truck came around the corner behind us. We pointed it out to Kaleb, and he was just gearing up for the happy dance as it approached, when they tooted the horn at him . . . . . and it startled him and he took off running! LOL It was SO funny. As the truck went by, we could see all the firefighters laughing and waving. So Mama and Daddy waved back. I'm sure in a couple more years Kaleb will think a fire truck tooting at him is really cool. LOL
I was chatting online with Grandma one evening and had to stop for dinner. So Kaleb took over. He climbed right up in the chair, sat down, and started typing away! LOL
Not only is he computer savvy . . . . he's fashion savvy as well. AND already practicing his runway poses!
Is this kid well-rounded, or what? He's a computer whiz, a fashion model, AND a chef! Here we see Kaleb making his special Filet of Sole . . . . .
I am looking forward to the break in the weather so we can go out for more walks . . . . . . . . . .
